Join us for an introduction to wedding cake making, perfecting your skills in filling, stacking and supporting tiered cakes, icing, piping and finishing techniques and the creation of sugarcraft decor. In this 5 day course, you will design a wedding cake at the beginning of the week and will proceed to create this over the course of the week with the guidance and instruction of our team.

Join in the fun everyone is talking about with over 13,500 students attending our classes since 2012, learn and expand your cake decorating skills with courses designed by renowned cake designer David Duncan. We have 13 Classes running each and every week, so there’s plenty to choose from.

Our 2.5hr Classes are available on Mon-Thurs Evenings 6.30pm-9pm and Sat/Sun Mornings 10am-12.30pm and Afternoons 1.30pm-4pm.

Our Full Day Classes available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Weekends 10am-5pm. To avoid disappointment please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your class is due to begin as we aim to start on time, late arrivals may be turned away.
